Once you approve the estimate, you'll pay a 50% deposit to begin work. From there, work is billed hourly and invoiced monthly based on actual time spent. You'll receive regular updates throughout the project, and the remaining balance is due at completion.

Every project is different, so the final cost depends on the scope of the work involved. Our design and development work is billed at $50 per hour, and backend support is available at $250 per month for up to 10 hours, with additional hours billed at $25 per hour.

It depends on the scope of the project and how much your site currently needs. A site refresh, for instance, can move relatively quickly while a custom build or platform migration naturally takes a bit more time.

Before any work begins, we'll map out a clear schedule together so nothing about the process catches you off guard. Most of our projects run anywhere from three to eight weeks, but if you have specific deadlines you are working with we will do our best to accommodate them.

Sometimes projects might take longer than expected, depending on the size of your site, the complexity of the work involved, and how much content needs to be created or updated. Content in particular can account for a significant portion of the timeline. You're welcome to provide your own copy and images, or we can handle custom copywriting and content creation for you billed at our hourly rate.
