How It Works
1. Discovery Call - A free consultation to discuss your goals and identify existing issues. If the package is a good fit, you’ll sign a Website Maintenance Agreement to get started.
2. Regular Updates - We will manage and apply software updates, security patches, and performance optimizations as needed throughout the month.
3. On-Demand Support - You can submit content changes, questions, or technical issues and we will respond same-day for urgent requests and next day for everything else.
